For further information please visit https://www.rbg.vic.gov.au/ What You'll Do As Creative Producer, Community Engagement and Outreach, you'll lead the development and delivery of innovative community engagement initiatives that connect people with RBGV's mission. You'll implement a strategic Community Engagement Plan, manage end-to-end delivery of projects that support conservation, education and research, and ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. You'll inspire and manage a collaborative team, build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and identify funding opportunities to expand program reach. Using evaluation frameworks and data-driven insights, you'll continuously improve impact while championing best practice and RBGV's leadership across the sector. You'll also oversee budgets, manage risk, ensure compliance with standards and policies, and contribute as a creative member of the Learning and Community Engagement leadership team What You'll Bring You'll bring proven experience delivering successful community engagement, cultural or educational programs, supported by strong people leadership and the ability to mentor and motivate teams. You'll have a track record of building partnerships, securing funding and working collaboratively with community groups, government, philanthropic partners and internal stakeholders, including experience working with Traditional Owners and First Peoples stakeholders. With strong knowledge of contemporary community engagement practice and the diverse needs of Victorian communities, you'll bring excellent project, budget and evaluation skills.
