MUST HAVE HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL/APARTMENT EXPERIENCE A privately owned Melbourne property development group is seeking an experienced Design Manager from an architectural background to deliver a landmark high-rise residential tower in the CBD. This is a hands-on role suited to an architect who can both document and manage , with strong capability in consultant coordination and design leadership from project commencement through to completion. Key Responsibilities AutoCAD / Revit documentation and detailed design Lead consultant and design coordination meetings Coordinate consultant documentation across all disciplines Ensure design alignment with sales contracts and specifications Provide design guidance to external architects and consultants (internal & external) Manage the full internal and external design process end-to-end Develop and control the design program aligned with construction and sales Manage, mentor and coordinate an in-house design documentation team About You Tertiary qualification in Architecture Proven experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects Strong documentation and detailing capability Confident managing consultants, programs, and competing priorities Commercially minded with client-side or developer-facing experience Apply now if your experinece and project portfolio aligns.
