As Clinical Services Manager (CSM) , you’ll provide consortium‑wide clinical leadership — supporting consistent, trauma‑informed, evidence‑based practice, without holding operational management of programs. Your role, your impact As Clinical Services Manager, you will: Provide clinical leadership and governance across the Better Connect consortium. Support person‑centred, evidence‑based, trauma‑informed practice. Offer expert advice on clinical risk, ethical practice and quality improvement. Lead and develop Clinical Supervisors, strengthening reflective practice. Coordinate cross‑consortium workforce development and shared training. Work closely with partner organisations to improve integration and consistency. Represent Better Connect in sector forums and contribute to service design and innovation. Who we’re looking for You’re an experienced mental health clinician and leader who brings: Experienced mental health clinician with strong clinical governance and quality improvement experience. Skilled in clinical supervision and supporting supervisors. Able to influence practice and culture without direct operational authority. Collaborative, relationship‑focused, and confident engaging diverse stakeholders. Strong knowledge of MHAODSP frameworks and sector standards. Consortium/multi‑agency experience is highly desirable. You will hold: A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or a related discipline A postgraduate mental health qualification or equivalent specialist mental health training and experience A recognised mental health credential (e.g. AMHSW, credentialed mental health nurse, or equivalent) Postgraduate qualifications in leadership, management, or clinical governance are desirable.
