The Opportunity Due to a recent acquisition in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, a position has been created for an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join the team. This role will see you provide support to the Managing Director and development team on their luxury residential projects that are at different stages of the development lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include: Prepare & Update Development Feasibilities Liaise with Architects, Planners, & other Consultants Help Manage DA & CC Submissions Assist with Monthly Report Requirements Work with Builders Project Manager D Construction Who We’re Looking For Our client would like to meet candidates who have current Assistant Development Manager experience in residential apartment projects in Sydney.
