The Role We're looking for a hands-on Delinea Engineer to design, build, and operate our Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform within a regulated superannuation environment. This is a true engineering role — focused on implementation, configuration, onboarding, and optimisation of Delinea rather than high-level governance. You'll work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to secure privileged access across on-prem and cloud environments. What You'll Be Doing Engineer and support Delinea PAM (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Platform integrations). Configure vaults, policies, workflows, approval chains, and session controls. Onboard privileged, service, and application accounts into Delinea. Integrate Delinea with Active Directory, Azure AD, servers, databases, and applications. Implement password rotation, credential discovery, and session recording. Troubleshoot complex PAM issues across Windows, Linux, and application stacks. Automate onboarding and lifecycle tasks using PowerShell, REST APIs, or scripting. Support patching, upgrades, DR testing, and platform hardening. Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Partner with Cyber Risk teams to support APRA CPS 234 / ISO 27001 evidence requirements (engineering input, not policy writing). What We're Looking For Strong, hands-on experience engineering Delinea PAM in production environments. Deep understanding of PAM concepts: least privilege, credential vaulting, session management. Solid experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux. Experience integrating PAM with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS). Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred; Python or Bash a plus). Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments is highly regarded. Comfortable working independently and owning the PAM platform end-to-end. What's On Offer A genuinely technical, hands-on engineering role. Long-term stability in a well-funded cyber security function. Competitive salary super. Flexible hybrid working. Investment in training and certifications.
