A leading provider of critical infrastructure solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Account Manager to manage and grow high-profile clients within the data centre sector. This role focuses on working with large-scale data centre operators, cloud service providers, hyperscalers and technical partners. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities and coordinating internal resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with strategically important large customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned data centre customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives, aligning solutions to meet their critical operational needs. Strengthen existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and leading the end-to-end sales process. Collaborate with internal teams for support. Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance, market developments and strategic opportunities. Skills & Experience Mechanical engineering degree is essential. Proven experience in account management or business development within data centres, cloud, colocation or critical infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of hyperscalers, cloud service providers and large-scale data centre operations. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value customer relationships. Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
