What you'll be doing: Leading a small Commercial team alongside another Commercial Director Servicing clients and providing advice on a range of commercial matters Ensuring high quality of work is delivered across the Commercial team Mentoring and developing lawyers to grow and be their best Working with the other six Directors and Managing Director to grow and lead the Law Firm Requirements All-rounder experienced commercial lawyer 10 years PQE.
