The Role Due to continuous growth within our organisation, these roles are being offered as an Expression of Interest with even time rosters available. As part of this talent pool, you would expect to work across a magnitude of projects nationally. You will act as a trusted advisor across multiple sites – supporting supervisors, guiding field teams and being a safety advocate on all fronts. From incident investigations to hazard identification, audits and coaching, you’ll be central to strengthening our safety culture and ensuring compliance across all operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our Site Leaders, National HSSEQ Manager, Training and compliance while acting as a key liaison with client HSE teams. This role is ideal for someone that thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments, enjoys variety and is passionate about continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience Required: Tertiary qualification in HSE or related field Incident Investigation or Auditor Qualifications 5 years experience within the resources industry – oil & gas advantageous Demonstrated experience of HSE systems, risk management and field operations Skills: Excellent communication and influence across all levels Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively High attention to detail and commitment to quality Adaptability and resilience in changing environments Ability to bring site-based teams along a positive safety culture journey What We Offer: At GR Production Services, we are committed to delivering excellence across the energy and resources sector.
