Territory role across SEQ – branch network, referrals, presentations, and signed wins. The impact you’ll have: Our SEQ branches are growing, and this role exists to build and convert new business across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. You’ll own the territory, creating a qualified pipeline, winning new strata management portfolios, and ensuring clean handovers so new clients start strong from day one. Location (Territory Coverage) Based from one of our SEQ branches in Gold Coast / Brisbane / Sunshine Coast, with active coverage across SEQ as part of your normal working week. What you’ll do: Build and activate referral networks and targeted prospecting to generate pipeline across SEQ. Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, presentations, proposals, objection handling, and closing. Present to body corporate decision-makers with clear, practical value messaging. Negotiate terms and progress opportunities to signed agreement within agreed parameters. Partner closely with Branch Managers and teams to prioritise opportunities and set up smooth onboarding handovers. Keep Salesforce accurate and current so pipeline stages, next steps, and forecasting are trusted. What you’ll bring Proven success in generating pipeline and winning new business in a relationship-led sales environment. Confidence in presenting to groups of decision-makers and navigating competing views in the room. Strong consultative selling capability with structured discovery, qualification, and clear recommendations. Solid negotiation and closing skills, with discipline and follow-through to signed outcomes. Territory planning and self-management.
