This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive operational excellence, lead and develop your team, and ensure compliance across safety, regulatory and company standards, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Managing the day-to-day operation of the depot to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with requirements Leading, supporting and developing depot staff, including recruitment, training and performance management Reviewing and improving operational processes to support reliable and efficient operations Managing inventory and stock levels to meet operational needs Working closely with internal teams to coordinate transport, logistics and delivery schedules Monitoring depot performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Managing customer enquiries, issues and escalations in a professional and practical manner About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience in the heavy vehicle and/or fuel industry (highly regarded) Strong understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail Confident decision-maker who is comfortable working autonomously Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships Well-developed organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to take their career to the next level in an established petroleum service company.
