Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist who is a natural communicator and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You love helping customers find the right solution and take pride in delivering value with every interaction. As a specialist in this role, you play a vital role in growing Cotality’s client base by engaging with prospective customers and introducing them to our suite of solutions. You’ll manage a blend of inbound and outbound sales activity, working closely with Account Management, Customer Success, and Sales teams to qualify opportunities and guide potential clients through the early stages of their journey. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and stay calm under pressure while managing a pipeline with confidence, we want to hear from you. What You Will Be Doing: Engage with prospective customers across phone, email, and digital channels. Manage and nurture your own sales pipeline using CRM and lead management tools. Qualify leads through needs-based conversations to ensure a strong solution fit. Provide tailored product information, pricing guidance, and demonstrations to support purchasing decisions. Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all lead opportunities and capture customer information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hand-off and onboarding experience for new clients. Deliver strong results aligned with sales, quality, and customer service KPIs. Job Qualifications: Essential: 1 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or success role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems like Salesforce. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organisational and time management skills. A proactive mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets. Comfort with learning new systems and managing a sales pipeline. Preferred: Relevant certifications or study in Business, Sales, and/or Account Management. Industry knowledge of real estate, construction, or PropTech. Call center, B2B, or tech experience. Why Join Cotality?
