Senior Analyst Programmer (.NET) – Sydney / Hybrid A well-established Australian organisation is seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer to join a collaborative and high-performing technology team delivering critical business systems and digital solutions. This is a hands-on senior development role suited to someone who enjoys working across both web and enterprise applications while contributing to solution design, delivery quality, and continuous improvement. The Role You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications while supporting ongoing system improvements and project initiatives across the business. Key responsibilities include: Designing and developing scalable .NET web and enterprise applications Participating in full software development lifecycle activities Delivering high-quality, well-tested solutions within agreed timeframes Producing and maintaining technical and architecture documentation Troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues Performance tuning applications and SQL Server databases Supporting deployments and implementation planning Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Contributing to development standards, testing practices, and continuous improvement Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you will bring: Strong commercial experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core Experience with ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API Solid front-end skills including JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax Strong SQL skills with SQL Server and T-SQL Experience with Entity Framework and API integration Experience with unit testing and dependency injection Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services Experience with WinForms or enterprise desktop applications Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have Agile delivery experience Experience with React or modern front-end frameworks Mobile application exposure Salesforce integration experience Why Apply?
