Clinical Consultant Clinical Governance focus Nundah (Hybrid) $145–$155k Super & Salary Packaging Are you a seasoned nursing professional with a passion for clinical excellence and governance? We’re seeking a highly experienced Clinical Consultant – Clinical Governance to lead and transform clinical quality and governance across multiple healthcare services, including aged care, community, disability, and mental health programs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the delivery of care across diverse services while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. What you’ll do: Provide strategic leadership and expert guidance in clinical governance across multi-site operations. Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical governance programs, quality frameworks, and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion evidence-based practice. Mentor and develop clinical teams, building capability and embedding a culture of safety and quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Collaborate with service leaders, multidisciplinary teams, and customers to integrate feedback into governance and care strategies. What we’re looking for: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Nursing with 10 years clinical experience, including leadership roles. Proven experience leading large or complex services across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements across aged care, community, and disability services. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites as required. Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications in health management, clinical governance, or related fields. Quality auditor training or certification.
