As a Tractor Operator, you'll work directly with our Farm Manager, driving tractors and various farm machinery to apply chemical treatments and help prepare the ground for thriving crops. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Tractor Operator, you’ll be responsible for: Safely operating tractors and attaching various farm implements to support farm activities. Conducting essential pre-start checks to ensure machinery runs smoothly. Performing routine maintenance on tractors and equipment to keep everything in top condition. Applying chemical treatments and fertilisers Reporting any machine or equipment faults directly to the Workshop Maintenance team. Following and promoting Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures. Taking on ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Farm Manager. Ideally, You’ll Bring A strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety. Experience with tractors (bonus points for agricultural machinery knowledge). Good physical fitness and endurance to work in outdoor conditions. A current Open Driver's Licence (essential).
