This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a community setting and is confident building You may be a new graduate, recent graduate, or experienced clinician. What matters most is that you are motivated, reflective, community-minded, and eager to develop your skills across a wide range of practice areas. You will be based primarily in their Innisfail clinic and the cassowary coast, with opportunities to provide a mix of in-clinic, community-based services from Cassowary Coast to Gordonvale, and potential outreach services. You will work across a wide variety of funding streams and clinical presentations, providing assessment, exercise-based intervention, education, and ongoing support to people with diverse needs and goals. While you will be working independently from their Innisfail location with a private clinic room and onsite clinic gym facilities, you will not be working alone. You will be supported by their administrative team and connected to their broader multidisciplinary allied health team through Microsoft Teams. Clinical supervision is provided online, and you will join their fortnightly multidisciplinary clinical roundtables and monthly team meetings via Teams. As a team that has grown from a mobile service model, they are highly digitally connected and experienced in supporting clinicians across multiple locations.
