Food & Beverage Supervisor Lead and motivate our F&B Attendants ensuring that our venues run smoothly. Supervisors lead by example and motivate their team to always be their best. With a huge range of outlets, from pubs to cocktail bars, from fine dining restaurants to café counter service, both in Thredbo Village and on the mountain this team are super busy with a huge variety of different types of restaurants and bars! Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years Food and Beverage service experience. Strong conflict resolution skills and strong customer service knowledge. Previous experience and/or appropriate level of training in supervising others. Venue or Hotel Duty Manager Primarily responsible for overseeing the general daily operations of the hotel precinct and public areas or a specific F&B venue. Tasks involve the business operations, administration tasks, facilities, security, people management and customer service. This role requires strong time management, communication, versatility and demonstrate conflict resolution skills. Working with the Food and Beverage team, this role is to provide leadership and guidance to all employees and implement strategies for increasing safety, work satisfaction and productivity. a primary responsibility is to drive the continuous improvement of functions and facilitate the effective and safe operation of the venue. Skills & Experience Strong conflict resolution skills and strong customer service knowledge. Previous experience and/or appropriate level of training in supervising others.
