Job Description We're looking for a strategic Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow our Transport Infrastructure and Engineering & Construction portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You'll manage a book of approximately 50 enterprise accounts, balancing retention of existing customers with hunting net-new business within major accounts. This is a senior, high-impact sales role where you'll build C-suite relationships, develop sophisticated account and territory plans, and drive revenue growth through value-based solution selling. You'll become a trusted advisor to customers in the AEC sector, leveraging deep industry knowledge and technical expertise in geospatial solutions to solve complex business challenges. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in Transport Infrastructure and Engineering & Construction, from strategic planning through to close Develop and execute territory and account plans with clear influence matrices, growth strategies, and measurable objectives Build and maintain value-based relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers across your portfolio Partner closely with Customer Success to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion Lead renewal, upsell, and cross-sell motions for the full suite of Nearmap offerings Collaborate with Industry Marketing and Sales Development to generate and progress pipeline Deliver compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals for complex, multi-SKU deals Represent Nearmap at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings (travel required) Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce
