Job Description The Demi Chef de Partie supports the smooth operation of the kitchen by preparing high-quality food across all service periods, maintaining kitchen standards and contributing to a positive, productive team environment. This role works closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your day to day will include: Prepare and present food for all service periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions, and buffet, following kitchen recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workspace, manage stock rotation, minimise waste, and ensure equipment is well maintained. Organise and manage an assigned section efficiently, supporting apprentices and junior team members, and assisting the Chef on duty as required. Monitor daily food and product needs, liaise with supervisors for guidance on orders, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
