Easy parking (not metered) The Role: We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Strata Manager to manage a commercial and industrial portfolio of approximately 30 properties. This role is ideal for a capable strata professional looking for flexible hours, autonomy, and a well-maintained portfolio. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a stable commercial and industrial strata portfolio, ensuring compliance, effective stakeholder communication, and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of ~30 commercial & industrial strata properties Prepare and conduct AGM and committee meetings Liaise with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders Oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor management Manage budgets, levies, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner About You Proven experience as a Strata Manager (commercial/industrial experience preferred) Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your own workload A current Strata Certificate / Licence What's On Offer Part-time role with flexible working hours Can add an extra 1 - 2 days / week if you're open to taking on general Admin tasks for the wider property / development team (not necessary) Manageable, well-structured portfolio Supportive and professional team environment Competitive remuneration based on experience Opportunity for additional hours or growth over time Use StrataMaster How to Apply If you're a motivated Strata professional looking for flexibility and a quality commercial portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.
