Mining Business Development Manager - WA About the Role As a Business Development Manager within the National Contracts group at Reece, your mission is to create customers for life by enhancing the customer experience and driving strategic growth. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients in the mining and mining FM sectors across Western Australia. This role is focused on understanding our customers’ needs, habits, and operational requirements. By identifying opportunities to support and streamline their businesses, you’ll help deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and foster long-term partnerships. What You Can Expect In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team supporting some of Australia’s largest enterprise customers in the mining and facilities management sectors. This role is based out of Perth Distribution Centre and involves some travel to key locations in Western Australia. You can expect to: Build lasting relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborate across Reece’s specialty business units to provide consolidated supply and drive operational efficiency. Identify growth opportunities by analysing customer habits, requirements, and challenges. Deliver value through strategic support that helps customers run and grow their businesses. Provide specialised services , supplying plumbing and bathroom products to volume home builders and commercial developers Work autonomously while being backed by a national network and a strong internal support system.
