Description Provides solutions, product and systems expertise to support solution definition and positioning and go-to-market strategy development. Serves as a solution advisor internally, with product / service colleagues, and externally with customers. Contributes to portfolio roadmap development and promotion, opportunity identification and qualification and decision-making around local specification and pricing. Responsibilities Focuses on selling services solutions across geographies, segments and /or industries. Works with regional sales teams to develop GTM strategies and planning for assigned products. Helps define and provide the value proposition for assigned products, leveraging knowledge of both the customer and the DN solution. Acts as a technical sales liaison and manages escalations into product and systems software management. Assists with translating customer needs into DN solutions, including system configuration and pricing. Contributes to the pre-sales process, helping coordinate resources, with proposal construction and contributing to preparation of RFP responses. Contributes to the integration and ongoing support of customer evaluation systems. Typical contact at senior management level and may have limited exposure to Executive level decision makers. Qualifications Required Qualifications Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales Expert. Good business English skills (Written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of Retail Store or Banking Branch procedures and the utilization of technology within the environment. General knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf products and services is a plus. Knowledge of Software and Service solution sales would be advantageous. Proven success in high quota carrying position. Consultative sales experience with complex solution design is desired.
