Description About the role We are seeking competent Injury Management Coordinators to join our Occupational Health team. Working Monday - Friday in our Perth Office in Burswood. Benefits of working with Redpath Career paths through internal promotions and investment in training Business improvement and innovation rewards Salary Sacrifice for Superannuation and Novated car leasing Discounted health insurance with BUPA Exclusive access to Redpaths benefits, rewards and discounts program Employee Assistance (4 sessions per annum), well-being assistance that is free for all the family Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and management of Redpath Australia’s Injury Management and Return to Work Requirements for the business Liaising with Medical, Injury Management, Rehabilitation and Insurance providers/Case Managers Assist in the Management of Workers compensation claims process Assist in maintaining the Solv Injury Management Data base Administration of Health and Wellbeing programs Review and assess pre-employment medicals for suitability Health Monitoring: Fit testing, Audiometric Testing Assist in maintaining Injury statistics reporting on a weekly/monthly basis Liaise with Clients' Health & Safety teams as required. Assist the Occupational Health Advisor and General Manager HSEQ in adhoc projects as required Qualifications Formal qualifications in a Health-related field desired Qualifications in Injury Management and return to work Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Attention to detail and structured, process-driven approach Ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as work unsupervised Ability to support systems and maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms Clear communication skills and approachable attitude Ability to work independently
