Position Overview The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of large-scale tilt panel construction projects, with contract values of up to $30 million. This role requires a strong trade background, proven leadership capability, and the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Project & Site Management Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for tilt panel construction projects Manage projects from site establishment through to practical completion Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction programs Coordinate sequencing of works including earthworks, concrete, tilt panel erection, structural steel, and finishes Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or site issues Leadership & Supervision Lead, mentor, and manage site crews and subcontractors Ensure all personnel on site are inducted and working in accordance with site rules and company standards Foster a strong safety-first and high-performance culture on site Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and suppliers Safety, Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with all WHS legislation, site safety plans, and company procedures Conduct site safety meetings, toolbox talks, and inspections Identify and manage site risks and implement corrective actions Maintain high quality standards and ensure rectification of defects Commercial & Reporting Assist in managing project costs, variations, and subcontractor performance Monitor labour, plant, and material usage against budget and program Provide regular progress reports, site diaries, and forecasts to Project Management Identify potential variations or scope changes and communicate early What’s on offer: Competitive salary $140K Super Vehicle Fuel Card (negotiable, reviewed after proven performance) Career progression opportunities Work on high-profile, challenging projects with a supportive team Skills & Experience Essential: Trade qualification (Carpentry, Concreting, or relevant construction trade) Extensive experience supervising tilt panel or large commercial/industrial construction projects Proven experience managing projects valued up to $30 million Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodology, and site logistics Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and site compliance requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications MUST BE hands on Supervisor (First there, last to leave attitude!)
