The Opportunity Due to an internal promotion, the opportunity exists for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to join the business. In fact, in the past 10 years both prior Candidates in this role have been promoted and remain with the business today. This position will see you working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, a person who has built a solid business and has a passion for life. He is the kind of person who is approachable, understanding, knows how to have a laugh and at the same time brings his A-game to the table in all things business related. No two days will ever be the same, you can always expect an element of surprise! What will you be doing? Providing PA/ EA duties to the CEO Organising Client functions and team events Extensively coordinating travel, both interstate and internationally Diary management Communication with department heads Ad hoc duties to support the CEO’s family, IE coordinating holidays, gift shopping etc You You are the person who can generally fix a problem before the CEO was even aware of it. You always find a way to get things done even if it is something you have never done before. You want to build a relationship based on mutual respect, you are professional but you know how to have a laugh.
