If so, we want YOU to join our Engineering and Building Service team as a Team Leader at the Northern Hospital on our Afternoon shift  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg .   About the Role:  This role requires: Proven experience in maintenance or engineering roles Proven expertise in managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration to achieve goals Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with contractors, teams from other campuses and management. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure. Commitment to excellence and precision, including ensuring a safe working environment.  This role is responsible for the maintenance of Community Hospitals under Northern Health network - Kilmore District Hospital, Mernda Community Hospital and Craigieburn Community Hospital.   To be successful in this role you will have:  Experience and good working knowledge of Hospital plant and equipment. Proven ability to lead by example. Demonstrated ability to liaise with key stakeholders and contract staff.
