The position plays a key role in strengthening project governance, improving delivery capability, and embedding best practice across the organisation. Working collaboratively with internal teams, Traditional Owners, contractors, and stakeholders, the Senior Project Delivery Advisor ensures that project outcomes align with Parks Victoria's strategic objectives and contribute to the long-term sustainability, accessibility, and resilience of Victoria's parks and reserves. The role is critical to the success of Parks Victoria, as the organisation undergoes significant transformation, getting ‘back to basics' to improve its performance in ensuring Victoria's diverse network of parks and reserves remain accessible for all visitors to enjoy, while protecting natural and cultural values. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure and environmental projects in a multi-stakeholder environment, preferably in public land management Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental management, public land management, business management or related fields are desirable Experience in leading a multidisciplinary workforce A demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure and asset management project delivery A demonstrated knowledge of budget and financial management An understanding of public land management and conservation program delivery Sound like you?
