You will assist with the implementation of privacy and information governance processes and contributes to maintaining the accuracy, transparency and efficiency of the Legal Unit's operations. Your position plays a key role in ensuring Parks Victoria meets its legislative and governance obligations, supporting organisational integrity and accountability. We're looking for someone with: Experience in an administrative, paralegal or legal support role within a government or legal setting. Knowledge of FOI, privacy or information management processes desirable. Certificate or Diploma in Legal Services or Business Administration or completion of/close completion of law degree. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication, including the ability to explain concepts to people of different backgrounds and to engage constructively with colleagues and stakeholders.
