About the role: You’ll be hands-on from day one, working directly with clients and Partners on a broad mix of corporate matters. You’ll be involved in: Public M&A (takeovers and schemes of arrangement). Equity capital markets (IPOs and other capital raisings). Private M&A. ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance. Corporate governance and advisory matters. The ideal candidate: 2 years’ experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, with exposure to public M&A and/or equity capital markets Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail. Confidence building and maintaining client relationships. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and transaction timelines.
