The role As Plant Manager, you will lead and coordinate all concrete plant operations to achieve production targets, budget outcomes, and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, you will lead by example, fostering a culture of integrity, pride, and excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to drive operational improvements and maintain strong safety, quality, and compliance standards. This role is located in Dandenong, Victoria.
