To lead the identification, consultation and development of culturally informed early childhood service models for Community Child Care Fund Restricted funded service, through community engagement, partnership with cultural authorities, and evidence-based analysis, in order to inform Community Child Care Fund Restricted reform decisions and support sustainable service transitions, including pathways into National Quality Framework or alternative models and funding arrangements.
