Key Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and coordinating land development and subdivision schemes and survey reports Provide specialist technical guidance on spatial data, mapping solutions and measurement systems Gather, assess and validate information, apply industry standards and regulations and prepare formal documentation relating to measurements, property boundaries, land use and ownership Produce location plans and formal survey documentation required for property transactions and title matters Build, update and manage spatial datasets using digital and graphical inputs Examine and interpret spatial information to generate maps, layouts and graphics Adhering to all safety and quality requirements Practical Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail Problem solving Time management Clear communication Critical thinking We are looking for someone passionate and professional.
