As the Manager, People & Culture Operations, you’ll take ownership of Bank Australia’s annual P&C operations program — spanning performance management, remuneration, engagement, policy governance, industrial relations, and HRIS optimisation. What you will be doing Leading the annual P&C operations program including performance, remuneration, engagement and policy governance. Designing and delivering people strategies and frameworks that strengthen culture and align with Bank Australia’s purpose. Driving HRIS optimisation and operational efficiency across recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. Scoping and delivering P&C projects including change management, stakeholder engagement and implementation planning. Managing remuneration benchmarking and performance cycles to ensure fairness and consistency. Leading the annual engagement survey and partnering with leaders to embed meaningful action. What you will bring Senior P&C generalist experience across operations, change, remuneration, recruitment and policy. Strong stakeholder influence with the ability to coach, negotiate and build trusted relationships. Proven project and change management capability in complex environments. Deep knowledge of workplace relations and compliance with sound judgement and professionalism. A proactive, agile and values‑driven approach with the confidence to lead.
