AHP Medical is seeking a motivated Registrar - General Practitioner (Palliative Care) to provide high-quality care across hospital, aged care, and community settings in North West Tasmania. You will join a well-established Specialist Palliative Care Service, working within a supportive, consultant-led multidisciplinary team alongside experienced palliative care nursing staff. Key responsibilities: Management of patients with complex palliative care needs Collaborative care planning within multidisciplinary teams Liaison with referring clinicians and community providers Participation in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services This role offers excellent accredited training opportunities across ACRRM, RACGP, and RACP , with strong academic and professional development support through the University of Tasmania Rural Clinical School .
