Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Conference & Events Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Brisbane Central. In this pivotal role, you will support the sales team in driving revenue growth by coordinating and executing conferences and events to the highest standard. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service, and memorable event experiences from initial enquiry through to delivery. Prepare and coordinate proposals, contracts, and business correspondence to secure new and repeat business for the hotel Build and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless service delivery Maintenance of conference incentive database of key contacts/clients Operate and maximise the utilisation of all automated sales and reservation systems within the hotel Represent the hotel as a luxury brand, consistently exceeding guest and client expectations Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with budget and commercial objectives Support revenue growth by proactively identifying opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
