About the Role As a Health & Safety Graduate, you will be offered a permanent position within our Health, Safety and Training teams, gaining hands-on experience in safety management across multiple mine sites. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting line management to identify, develop, coordinate, and implement health and safety initiatives, management systems, and strategy • Participating in risk assessments, incident investigations, and change management processes • Supporting assurance and auditing activities • Contributing to health and safety programs, initiatives, and training • Assisting in emergency management planning and response • Participating in site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations All of our graduates have the opportunity to work with leaders in their field across the following residential locations: • Hunter Valley, NSW • Mudgee, NSW • Greater Mackay region, QLD • Greater Emerald region, QLD Graduate Development Our Graduate Program is underpinned by a structured professional development framework designed to accelerate your technical capability and leadership potential.
