Our award-winning culture fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and flexible environment that enables our people to thrive. Here, you’ll be inspired and challenged to grow alongside us. We're committed to reconciliation and supporting the self-determined role for Traditional Owners/Custodians in water and land management. Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria, maintaining them in JIRA and Confluence. Map as-is/to-be processes, decision trees, and business rules in collaboration with Service Design and Process peers. Partner with UX and Service Design to plan usability testing, synthesise insights, and connect research findings to analytics and process changes. Document WCAG accessibility considerations and support accessibility checks and safety-by-design controls. Contribute to release readiness, help/knowledge content, and stakeholder updates. Monitor tracking quality, data gaps, and risks, raising issues early and proposing fixes. Support monthly reporting on registrations, funnels, deflection, and key insights. Use behavioural analytics tools such as FullStory, HotJar, or similar. Produce business documentation using BPMN, swimlanes, and decision logic. Communicate insights using concise problem, insight, decision, outcome storytelling. Collaborate closely with Process Analysts, divisional managers, and the Product Owner. Support backlog refinement, story mapping, and Agile ceremonies. Capture privacy, consent, and safe-channel requirements. Build strong relationships across hybrid working environments, contributing to a culture of transparency, integrity, and proactive problem-solving.
