Role Overview We are seeking an Events Team Leader to support our Sydney-based operations, working closely with the State Manager to coordinate a large team of entertainers. This is a hands-on, logistics-focused role that is heavily based around equipment deliveries and organisation . You’ll oversee equipment and costume movements, storage organisation, and host comms - with the option to host events if you’d like. This role offers flexible hours and is ideal for someone studying, balancing another role, or looking for work that fits around their schedule. We welcome applicants with customer-facing experience, but all experience levels are encouraged to apply. We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Equipment Deliveries & Logistics (Core Focus) This is not an office job - you’ll spend most of your time on the road. Delivering and collecting equipment and costumes across Sydney. Coordinating weekly logistics with the State Manager and entertainers. Planning ahead for upcoming events and ensuring everything is prepared in advance. Keeping our CRM database accurate and up to date. Warehouse Maintenance (Waterloo) Maintain a clean, organised, and event-ready warehouse. Check costumes and equipment for damage or missing items. Complete stocktakes and report items requiring repair or replacement. Parties & Events (Optional but Encouraged) Be a shining example of an AmazingCo host! Hosting Kids Parties and/or Team Building Events is optional , but encouraged to help you understand event needs. About You You love being organised, making lists, and staying on top of tasks. You enjoy working independently and taking initiative. You’re flexible - this is not a 9–5 office job. You’re confident, energetic, and approachable. You’re calm under pressure and great at problem-solving. You’re a fast learner who enjoys variety and being on the move. Requirements A reliable car and current driver’s licence are ESSENTIAL. Working With Children Check (or the ability to obtain one). Availability on weekdays. Some flexibility during peak periods (school holidays and end of year).
