About the Role Join a growing Queensland engineering and fabrication company in Hemmant . We’re seeking experienced Boilermakers and 2nd Class Welders for workshop and site work. Workshop roles: fabrication, independent work, reading drawings Site roles: MIG, Stick, and Flux Core across multiple metals Hours: 8–10 per day, with overtime as required High performers may be considered for ongoing work Skills & Experience Boilermakers: trade-qualified with proven fabrication and welding skills 2nd Class Welders: welding tickets or extensive welding experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience with mild steel, structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminium Work independently using hand tools and PPE Strong safety awareness and site compliance Tickets & Licences Boilermakers will require a Trade Certificate 2nd Class Welders: relevant welding tickets (preferred) White Card, Forklift ticket, own transport Working at heights ticket preferred Unlimited working rights in Australia Benefits Competitive pay: $38–$55/hr penalties super Variety of workshops and site assignments Overtime available as required Potential for ongoing employment based on performance Supportive, safety-focused work environment About the Company Locally owned Queensland engineering and fabrication company, established in 2019.
