The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Business Finance Lead to lead financial planning, forecasting and commercial reporting for the New Zealand business, while also supporting key forecasting and reporting activities for Australia. This role, based in our Sydney HQ, works closely with senior leaders across ANZ, APAC and global teams, providing insights that shape business performance and strategic decision-making. You will also manage a Commercial Operations Associate and help build a strong, high-performing finance function. How you'll spend your day Key focus of role: Oversee long-range planning, the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting for New Zealand Partner with the New Zealand Country Head to prepare rolling forecasts and financial outlooks, to drive financial performance of our NZ business Identify and document financial risks and opportunities to support informed decision making Your experience and qualifications Success in this role requires strong stakeholder engagement across finance, commercial, supply chain and global support teams To be considered, you will hold a degree in accounting, commerce or business, along with CAANZ or CPA membership You will bring experience from a multinational environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, FMCG or a product-based sector, and be confident working with SAP or Oracle. Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP are essential, with pharmaceutical industry knowledge considered an advantage How We'll Take Care of You?
