Your Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Adviser to join our team. This role will involve handling disputation and varying Tribunal matters, supporting the re negotiation of Enterprise Agreements and generally navigating a wide range of employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice, coaching, and support on policy, legislative requirements, and complex workplace issues. Here's what you'll do: Legislative and Policy Guidance: Offer expert advice to management on the effective application of relevant legislation, policies, and standards. Support the resolution of workplace issues and collaborate with managers to drive workplace reform. Enterprise Agreement Negotiations: Engage with employees and unions to support the full life cycle of Enterprise Agreement negotiations. Work to resolve workplace issues and achieve the best outcomes for Queensland Rail. Workplace Reform and HR Strategy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of workplace reform initiatives and HR strategies, ensuring they align with organisational goals. Complex Case Management: Lead or manage complex employee disputes including but not limited to unfair dismissals and general protections matters. About you: Strong experience in relevant workplace legislation and enterprise agreement negotiations Previous experience in handling employee disputes, including Tribunal and Court matters Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously Effective interpersonal skills Proactive approach with high attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and a part of a high preforming team.
