A position is now available for a self-motivated, driven and conscientious person who has experience and knowledge of automotive parts, in either heavy vehicle, agriculture, construction equipment or light vehicle. Reporting to the National Parts Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with internal and external stakeholders, sourcing parts, inwards/outwards goods, stocktakes, inventory and management of the Parts Department. Processing of sales orders, quotes, invoices, cash handling, EFTPOS and trade accounts. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide advice to customers Strong problem solving skills and ability to use your initiative Complete and coordinate all associated paperwork, record keeping and updating the internal CRM systems. Identify and resolve customer concerns, with timely follow up on all client contact. Inwards & Outwards Goods Checking stock orders & following up on back orders Maintaining a safe workplace by complying with all health and safety legislation Skills and Experience: Previous experience in automotive parts consulting, preferably with heavy vehicle or similar. Light vehicle will also be considered. Strong solution focused problem-solving skills Passion for building customer relationships and providing top notch service Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Computer literate, including Microsoft Office applications Positive, friendly, can-do attitude Hard worker, who is honest and reliable Excellent attention to detail Forklift licence or the ability to obtain a licence MUST have full NZ working rights.
