Flexibility after initial 3-6 months - transitioning to 1-2 days WFH with regional Queensland office base. What You Will Be Working On: Supplier negotiations & rebates: Lead Tier-1 negotiations, standardise vendor agreements, design rebate architecture, and eliminate leakage. Inventory & demand planning: Complete SKU mapping, implement demand planning, and liquidate aged/discontinued stock. Warehouse digitisation: Drive NetSuite adoption, implement barcode scanning/GS1 labelling, and publish performance dashboards. Safety & compliance: Implement WHS systems (QLD Act), maintain AS 4084:2023 racking standards, and embed Chain of Responsibility controls. What Type Of Person Will Be Successful You're a relationship driven Supply Chain Leader ideally with multi-site retail/franchise experience in the homemaker category. You've negotiated supplier rebates, optimised ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite ideal), led digitisation projects, and understand WHS compliance and racking standards. Proven rebate negotiation and capture Delivered cost reductions and margin gains. Strong ERP/WMS experience (NetSuite preferred) driving data integrity, workflows, and adoption. Change leadership having coached teams through digitisation You take WHS compliance seriously having knowledge of the relevant legislation including Chain of Responsibility. Franchise-first mindset with data-driven accountability and hands-on leadership style.
