This position offers a stable roster and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment. Roster Details: Non-rotating roster Monday to Friday 1400 - 2200 What you'll be doing: Delivering professional, friendly front-line customer service Responding to incidents including medical, emergency, and security events Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious behaviour Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols What you'll need: Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function Valid First Aid and CPR certificate Strong administrative ability Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach High standard of personal presentation and professionalism Why join Trident?
