We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Service Representative to guide, mentor, and uplift a dedicated team to help us deliver on our customer promise every single day. What you will do • Take ownership of escalations and complex customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. • Support, coach, and develop our Customer Solutions team members to build their capability, confidence, and performance. • Manage and distribute daily workload to ensure consistent, premium customer service. • Guide team performance and service levels for continuous improvement. • Identify the root causes of recurring issues to prevent reoccurrence. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes. • Maintain proactive communication across the entire team, ensuring a premium customer experience.
