Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager who enjoys leading complex digital and CRM initiatives? This role sits within a major enterprise transformation program where you’ll drive delivery across multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) workstreams, digital platforms and data initiatives. You’ll play a key role coordinating delivery teams, managing governance, engaging senior stakeholders and ensuring successful outcomes across a fast‑moving, multi‑stream environment. About the Role In this position, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end delivery of D365 work packages including CRM, Portals, Complaints and Finance, while also leading discovery and planning for the next wave of digital and data & analytics initiatives. You’ll work closely with technical delivery partners, cross‑functional teams and other strategic programs involving contact centre and AI‑enabled workplace integrations. Strong governance, Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment will be central to your success. Key Responsibilities Coordinate technical delivery teams and support Solution Delivery Leads delivering D365 components Establish governance frameworks, risk management and escalation processes Drive delivery of D365 initiatives and oversee digital and data & analytics discovery work Track progress across scope, budget and schedule, ensuring milestones are met Manage dependencies across internal technology teams and third‑party partners Act as a primary liaison across business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors Provide structured, concise reporting to senior leadership and steering groups Maintain prioritised backlogs and oversee sprint execution using JIRA and Confluence Identify, assess and mitigate project risks while escalating critical issues promptly Skills & Experience Strong background managing complex enterprise‑scale technical or digital projects Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance, Portals advantageous) Confident working within Agile delivery frameworks across multiple teams Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes under tight timelines Experience collaborating across major transformation programs is highly desirable Next Steps If this role sounds like the right fit, please email your CV along with a brief summary of your suitability to mandrews@4impact.com.au .
