Bus Driver/Utility – FIFO & DIDO Kollab Recruitment Group is currently seeking experienced FIFO Bus Driver/Utilities to join our relief pool for ongoing swing coverage across multiple sites. This role is ideal for reliable, safety-focused candidates who can mobilise quickly, adapt to new environments, and support site operations as required. You’ll be part of a trusted relief team and offered ongoing swings as roles become available. What You’ll Be Doing As a Bus Driver/Utility, your duties may include: Transporting site personnel safely to and from work areas Operating buses and light vehicles in line with site and safety requirements Assisting with general utility duties as required (cleaning, kitchens, grounds, etc.) Supporting site operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning Maintaining high safety, hygiene, and service standards Completing basic reporting and following site procedures What We’re Looking For To be successful, you will have: Previous FIFO/DIDO bus driving experience Strong safety awareness and a reliable work ethic Ability to adapt quickly to different sites and teams Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude Full availability for relief swings and short-notice mobilisation Tickets / Requirements Valid HR or MR Driver’s Licence (required) Current Driver’s Licence National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain) Ability to pass full pre-employment medical drug & alcohol testing For a confidential conversation, please call Dani on 0492 138 155
