Scheduler – General Freight (Perth, WA) A busy freight and transport provider is seeking an experienced Scheduler to manage and coordinate general freight operations from their Port Kennedy hub. This fast-paced role involves scheduling and dispatching work for a large team of drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across multiple routes. Key Responsibilities Schedule and allocate work for a team of 20 drivers Coordinate daily general freight operations and deliveries Monitor workloads and ensure efficient fleet utilisation Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues Support operational reporting and documentation Occasionally work weekends as required About You Previous experience scheduling freight, transport, or logistics teams Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Customer-focused and able to prioritise competing demands What’s on Offer Competitive pay: $32.40–$35.60 per hour overtime Based at Port Kennedy, WA Occasional weekend work Work with a supportive team in a busy, operational environment If you are interested please apply
