Description Lead and manage both the product and project aspects for Mechanical engineering from a structural analysis perspective within the energy and natural resources sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions. Oversee the design, analysis, and evaluation of mechanical structures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies. Support project delivery within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Profile A successful Lead Mechanical Engineer should have: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong expertise in structural analysis for unusual structures exposed to elements. Strong knowledge of AS1170. Experience with wind tunnel testing would be beneficial. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools. Ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
