Description Reporting into the National Business Manager, the Senior National Account Manager will lead negotiations, joint business planning, range strategy, and execution excellence across multiple categories. Balancing commercial delivery with long‑term strategic growth, you will translate consumer insights, category trends, and the innovation pipeline into compelling retailer plans, while working cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with brand priorities, supply chain capability, and financial targets. Key responsibilities include: Lead and grow the retailer partnership with full P&L accountability across multiple categories. Establish the business as a strategic, insight‑led partner through robust Joint Business Planning. Drive revenue, margin, and execution excellence across all customer initiatives. Own senior‑level customer relationships, leading negotiations, JBPs, and long‑term growth agendas. Develop and execute customer‑specific strategies across pricing, range, promotional planning, and trade investment. Champion distribution expansion, range optimisation, and in‑store execution, partnering closely with marketing on innovation launches and activations.
