Carbon Project Manager / Project Development Manager Salary: $110k-$130k plus super & bonus Openings in Perth, Melbourne, Bendigo, Newcastle Some carbon farming jobs leave you siloed. You only get to focus on one part of the puzzle, without ever getting to learn about the full project lifecycle. Not everywhere though. If you're looking to develop professionally, and to make a bigger impact on the projects you're involved with, then get in touch. Here, you'll get to learn from one of the most experienced carbon project teams in the country. Over 2 decades they've planted >30 million trees, covering 20,000 hectares, pulling millions of tonnes of CO2-E from the air. You'll work end-to-end from project design and feasibility, all the way through to audit. That means real influence over the projects you're working on. And, with plans to double the size of the project portfolio over the next 2-3 years (mostly under environmental plantings), there's huge opportunity to gain exposure to parts of the project lifecycle you might not have touched before. Key Skills/Experience: We're looking for industry professionals, with prior experience working on carbon sequestration projects. In particular we're looking for experience: Managing the "front end" of projects, navigating the feasibility and registration stages Managing stakeholders, ideally, landholders, auditors, and/or regulators. Prior experience under the ACCU scheme or the Gold Standard For more information on this and other opportunities in the carbon farming space, hit apply or reach out to James Bicknell at jay.bicknell {at} aurec.com, or via Linkedin.
